The largest solar roof in Île-De-France

The Soprasolar® duo system has been used to equip an HQE® building belonging to SISLEY, world leader in luxury cosmetics, situated in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône in Val d’Oise, with 848.24 kWp over 35,000 m².

SOPREMA, via its subsidiary SOLARDIS, experts in photovoltaic waterproofing solutions, has just equipped the brand new SISLEY building in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône in Val d’Oise.

Functional and extremely environmentally friendly, the site includes on a 13 ha plot, the distribution centre, offices and Research & Development laboratory of the world cosmetics leader.

An industrial company committed to environmental and socially responsible objectives in terms of sustainable construction, SOLARDIS is now a reference in the photovoltaic field for the new HQE® (High Environmental Quality) certification for logistics platforms and tertiary sector buildings. This certification, developed by CERTIVEA and AFFILOG since 2009, enables this type of building to be eligible for the NF tertiary buildings part of the HQE scheme. It should be noted that SISLEY is one of 6 projects implemented so far in France.
To meet the technical and environmental requirements for the building, SOLARDIS installed 35,000 m² of photovoltaic bituminous membranes divided into six arrays on the roof. An operation in which PANHARD DEVELOPPEMENT acted as project owner, SAFT installed the waterproofing and SYS ENR took care of the electrical installation side. For technical reasons and to meet the HQE® certification requirements, SOLARDIS used a bilayer waterproofing membrane with integrated flexible photovoltaic cells: Soprasolar® duo.
