Eroski - San Augustín del Guadalix (Spain)

This project near Madrid aimed to deeply retrofit the roof of Eroski’s logistics building by adding insulation and installing a solar power station to improve energy efficiency. FLAGON EP/PR 1.5 mm ENERGY PLUS was applied over 11,000 m² of multi-bay pitched roof with a 7% slope. Synthetic waterproofing was used to reduce surface temperatures down to 42°C, thanks to its solar reflectance and thermal emissivity properties. This type of waterproofing is also highly appreciated by some contractors, as it eliminates the need for open flames on the work site.
